We’re excited to announce our latest construction project in the beautiful Lakeshores Plantation gated community—a custom-built, two-story garage designed to complement the rustic beauty and architectural character of the existing A-frame log cabin.
This project is all about combining timeless cabin charm, functional design, and quality craftsmanship to create a structure that feels like a natural extension of the home.
🪵 A Rustic Exterior with Modern Character
The completed garage will feature a striking log-style exterior, a dramatic A-frame roofline, bold black trim, and an oversized black garage door. These design elements will create a beautiful balance between traditional mountain-inspired architecture and clean, modern detailing.
Large windows on the upper level will add visual character while bringing natural light into the space, making the second floor feel open and inviting.
🏗️ Two Stories. Endless Possibilities.
The ground level will provide practical garage space, while the second floor will intentionally remain unfinished, offering the future owner flexibility to personalize the space according to their needs and vision.
Whether the upper level is developed into a hobby area, workshop, storage space, recreational room, or another permitted use in the future, it will offer exciting possibilities for customization.
Any future conversion or finished living space would be subject to applicable building codes, permits, and community requirements.

Every detail of this project is being considered to complement the existing cabin, from the rustic siding and roofline to the placement of the exterior staircase toward the rear-left side of the structure. This separate access will provide convenient entry to the upper level while preserving the visual appeal of the front elevation.
